At the time there is work in progress, if you take the tram turn east to tramrail 1.

If you decide to walk, then first walk through the station to the other (North) side!!!!!
Turn east and follow the road!

Walk east for about 900 meters to the towers! Untill you see the pedestrian

crossing!                

NEW!! TRAM STOPS HERE!! First stop after the Central Train Station!!

Cross the street, walk to the end and take the stairs down! The stairs are located next to the elevator.    

NEW!!!!! The tram stops here!!!

Go under the bridge! The road takes a sharp 90 degree left turn,follow the road!      

 follow the road another 250 meters.

 Congratulations!

You have arrived at the Deo Volente.

You can ring the bell, or knock on the Vertrouwen" if we are not on board of the DEO VOLENTE !!!!!

Walking to the Deo Volente.

Walk through the passage in the Central station to the North side. Cross the road to where the ferries ply and turn right (east). You will walk to the MUZIEKGEBOUW(Concert Hall) on top of the bridge over the Oosterdok. There you will find a pedestrian crossing.Recross the road 50 yds. to your right (back towards the station) you will sea a lift and a adjacent staircase. Descent the stairs. Follow the road under the railroad bridge.Turn left with the road. After 250 metres you will see the Deo Volente, (the second ship).

NEW!!NEW!! You can also take tram number 26 from the central station to the Muziekgebouw ( first stop!) 

In front of the Central Train Station at rail 1, tram number 26(direction IJburg) stops. A bit further ( 100 metres to the left) number 25 stops, direction Passenger Terminal! (Make sure or ask that she goes to the Muziekgebouw!) After departure push the red stop button because you have to get of after 1,5 km at the first stop(Muziekgebouw) on top of the bridge!  When you get out, go down the stairs and follow  the route discription.

 The boat is situated close(10 min. walking) east of the Central Station (Train/Bus/Tram).

If you arrive in Holland by airplane, take the train from Schiphol Airport to the Central Station. The price of a taxi is about 40
