Marie-Ann's-Houseboat is a family hostel recently started on our houseboat "Deo Volente", with outstanding service and very friendly staff. The hostel is conveniently situated in the heart of Amsterdam and close to Amsterdam's most fascinating attractions. Rooms have TV and radio/cd player. Shared shower and toilet. We only rent 2 rooms so privacy is guaranteed. Each room has two beds which can be put together. We offer a small kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator. It's like renting your own small apartment in Amsterdam.

You can visit the Red Light District, Rembrandtsplein or Leidseplein with its restaurants, bars, brown cafes, cosy pubs, theatres, casino, tourist office, canal rides, and of course the Rijkmuseum, Rembrandts museum, Van Gogh museum etc., All within 10 to 30 minutes' walk or tramride from the hostel.

Computer/Internet available, you can contact your family 24 hours/day.

The boat is surrounded by other houseboats in a dead end street where the establishment still has no grip. You can relax rocking slightly and enjoying the view of the old city after a hard day in Amsterdam.
